EHS partners with the hotel to provide a safe and enjoyable stay; we will work with you and them to have a great experience. The hotel has the sole discretion for the practices of the Deposit and Cancellation Policies.
Deposit Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. When reservations are made, they require a deposit equal to the room rate, tax and resort fee for two (2) nights for each reservation. Stays of fewer than two (2) nights require a deposit equal to one night's room, tax, and resort fee.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and changes must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is received fourteen (14) or few days prior to the expected arrival date will be retained, the two (2) nights deposit will be retained.
